279/365 pumpkin patch

apparently Half Moon Bay, the beautiful little town 20 miles south of SF along the Pacific (and home of the famous Maverick’s beach / waves) is the pumpkin capital of America. Who would’ve known but the pumpkin patches there are crazy, and since there is only one road in and out of town, the traffic is crazy too (see left side of pic). Anyway, we thought we’d do this patch a favor by visiting them and buying a pumpkin there since they didn’t have many customers – and then I figured out why – at least 100% more expensive than the other, better ones. Oh well, karma will get them.
